Job Description

Renault Tanger Exploitation propose des stages PFA/initiation 2026 destinés aux candidats souhaitant travailler sur des projets s'inscrivant dans une démarche globale d'amélioration continue. Ces projets visent à optimiser les processus de gestion des formations, à digitaliser et à fiabiliser le suivi documentaire, financier et opérationnel lié aux actions de formation.
Le stagiaire interviendra au cœur des processus administratifs de l'IFMIA afin d'optimiser les flux d'information, de renforcer la traçabilité et de mettre en place des outils d'aide à la décision.

Profils recherchés :

Etudiant(e) en Management, Gestion, Contrôle de gestion, Ingénierie des données, RH ou équivalent.

Connaissances de base requises :

* Analyse & organisation
* Gestion & suivi administratif
* Aisance avec les outils de bureautique avancée (Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI…).
* Rigueur, sens de l'organisation, esprit analytique.
* Intérêt pour la digitalisation et l'amélioration des processus.
