Your role:

* Join the Offer-to-Order (OTO) team to work on service offers for both public and private sectors.
* Coordinate with all stakeholders involved in bids, including Sales, Business Managers, Project Managers, Procurement, etc., to produce efficient and optimized offers.
* Support internal marketing of OTO processes and ensure their diligent implementation by all stakeholders.
* Manage the tracking and follow-up of offers, including monitoring PM80 (Hand Over to OTC, Order to Cash), and coordinating with Customer Service (CS) teams for maintenance and extended warranty follow-ups.
* Ensure smooth collaboration with the overall Order to Cash Team, for contracts, bookings, and other commercial elements.
* Work with SBAs for contract generation and with OTC AR teams on financial matters such as Credit Committee reviews, finance costs, and other related issues
