Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Manufacturing Digitalization & Automation Intern to support our Manufacturing Engineering team by developing automation tools, RPA solutions, and digital applications to improve efficiency and simplify repetitive activities.
Main Responsibilities
* Identify and analyze repetitive or manual processes.
* Develop automation tools using Excel VBA, Power Automate, Power Apps, or Python.
* Support the creation of automated dashboards and data reports.
* Document processes, prepare user guides, and train end users.
* Measure and present the impact of implemented improvements.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in progress in Mechatronics, Industrial, Systems, or related Engineering.
* Technical skills: Excel advanced (macros/VBA), basic programming (Python, Power Automate, Power Apps), SolidWork, Power BI (desirable).
* Soft skills: Analytical mindset, teamwork, communication, proactivity, and curiosity for continuous improvement.
