Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

Support the Planning team in executing demand, supply, production, and inventory planning activities through data analysis, reporting, and process support. Contribute to operational efficiency by ensuring accurate information, timely updates, and collaboration across cross-functional teams while developing professional planning and analytical skills.

The work model for the role is: On Site.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Division in Mexico.

You will be mainly accountable for:
* Support demand, supply, and production planning activities to ensure material availability and operational continuity.
* Analyze planning and inventory data to identify trends, risks, shortages, and improvement opportunities.
* Maintain planning parameters and master data within ERP and planning systems.
* Prepare KPIs, reports, and dashboards to support decision-making and planning reviews.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve forecast accuracy, planning processes, and overall supply chain performance.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)
* Active student who will graduate in December 2027 o June 2028 from careers like International Business or Industrial Engineering
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Problem-solving mindset.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical and numerical skills.
