Administrative Operational Support
* Provide administrative support to the HR team, including purchase orders (POs), GAMs, invoice posting, tracking, and control.
* Support company car fleet administration, including documentation, coordination, and follow-up with internal stakeholders and vendors.
* Assist in maintaining accurate HR records, files, and documentation in compliance with internal policies.
Onboarding Employee File Management
* Support new hire onboarding processes, ensuring documentation is complete and properly filed.
* Maintain and update employee files, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
* Coordinate with internal teams to support a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
HR Partner (HRP) Support
* Provide administrative support to HR Partners, particularly related to legal and compliance requirements.
* Assist with documentation, reporting, and follow-up related to HR processes and audits, as required.
Internal Communications Engagement
* Create and distribute the monthly HR or internal newsletter, coordinating content with HR and other internal teams.
* Support internal communications initiatives, ensuring timely and consistent messaging across the organization.
* Assist in the organization and execution of internal events, such as engagement activities, celebrations, and HR-led initiatives.
Supplier Vendor Management
* Support supplier management activities, including coordination, documentation, and follow-up related to HR vendors.
* Assist in tracking service delivery and supporting administrative processes related to external providers.
Requirements
* Currently enrolled in the final semesters of a degree program (Administration, Psychology, or a related field)
* Availability to work part-time at Lenovo in the mornings: (hybrid schedule: 3 days in the office in the Santa Fe, Alvaro Obregon, 2 days working from home)
* Intermediate to advanced English skills
* Organizational skills
