Position Summary
The HR Intern will support Human Resources operations by assisting with employee records management, onboarding processes, and administrative activities that ensure compliance and efficiency. This role focuses on maintaining accurate documentation, supporting employee services, and contributing to HR processes within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The intern will collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to ensure proper execution of employee-related processes and a positive workforce experience. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop organizational, communication, and analytical skills while gaining hands-on experience in HR operations.

Position Overview
The HR Intern will provide administrative and operational support to ensure efficient management of employee records and HR processes. Responsibilities include digitizing, organizing, and maintaining personnel files to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies.
The role also involves supporting onboarding activities by ensuring required documentation is completed, collecting necessary employee information, and coordinating the delivery of employee files to Finance. The intern will assist with employee service requests, including tax documentation and benefits updates, and provide support to employees by addressing questions or directing them to the appropriate channels.
Additional responsibilities include monitoring attendance-related records, supporting internal HR surveys such as HR Pulse, and maintaining organized and up-to-date documentation. This position requires a high level of confidentiality, attention to detail, and organizational skills, while contributing to positive employee experience and efficient HR operations.
