Join our team as a full-time Tech M&A intern in Oslo during fall 2026

BearingPoint Capital is seeking interns to join our M&A team in Oslo. As part of BearingPoint Capital you will get the chance to acquire competencies and skills through a wide variety of challenging M&A projects for top-tier clients. Our M&A and Transaction advisory focuses on companies where technology is core to their strategy. You will become a part of a highly skilled and driven team and be able to work on local and international projects.

You will be exposed to:
* Sell-side or buy-side transactions.
* Tech, Product and Commercial Due Diligence projects.
* Developing materials, analyses and financial models.
* Carry out company and industry sector research.

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
* Education: You are on track to complete your master's degree in 2027 or 2028, with an excellent academic record from a leading university. You're likely studying engineering, business, finance, or a combination.
* Language skills: You are fluent in a Scandinavian language and English.
* Interest: You have a strong interest in M&A, strategy, and technology.

Internship period:
We are offering internships for the following periods:
* Period 1: August/September - October 2026
* Period 2: October - December 2026
