About the job

Are you a student looking for an engaging internship in Communications? Are you passionate about crafting design and narratives? Then apply now and become our new Communication & Engagement Intern at our Research Center in Utrecht, starting Sept 2026!

As our new communication & engagement intern, you will be part of our local HR team at our Research Center in Utrecht, The Netherlands. You will support us in the activation of the Communication & Engagement Plan to create a safe and enthusiastic experience for employees.

Your main responsibilities include:
* Create and design visual communication for events, projects and global campaigns
* Support the execution of different campaigns, exploring new creative ways to communicate, increase engagement, coordinate and organize events
* Activating and animating global content for internal matters
* Collaborating with different stakeholders on our strategic communication
* Support activities around our Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, culture, and well-being
* Support on internal events organization at the office

 
Key requirements:
* Enrolled as a Bachelor's or Master's student for the entire duration of the internship.
* Resident of the Netherlands with a valid BSN number. Non-EU citizens must have a valid Dutch residency permit.
* For non-EU citizens, your university must sign a three-party agreement with Danone.
* Available to start in September 2026 for a minimum of 6 months, 4-5 days per week (hybrid)
* Fluent in English (spoken and written)
* Able to work from our Utrecht office at least 2-3 days per week.
