Stage Procesverbetering Operational Services
Wil jij bijdragen aan het verbeteren van processen binnen een operationeel team? Tijdens deze stage werk je aan een onderzoekende en adviserende opdracht met zichtbare impact.

The team
Je loopt stage binnen de afdeling Operational Services. Het team is verantwoordelijk voor het beheren en verbeteren van operationele processen rondom data- en debiteurenbeheer, en werkt samen met verschillende afdelingen binnen de organisatie.

Roles and responsibilities
Tijdens deze stage werk je in de rol van junior consultant aan een verbeteropdracht:
* Signaleren van een verbeterkans of knelpunt binnen de organisatie
* Analyseren van informatie en vertalen naar een concreet advies
* Afstemmen met verschillende stakeholders
