Finance Controlling Intern
Location: Hoofddorp, Netherlands
Duration: 6 months
Start date: End of August/ beginning of September

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Finance Controlling Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial controlling within a global organization that develops life-changing health technologies and products.
You will support the Entity Controller and contribute to key financial processes, including reporting, month-end activities, and audit preparation, while also helping improve internal processes.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the Entity Controller with month-end closing activities
* Assist in the preparation of annual reports for commercial affiliates
* Follow up on external and internal audit queries
* Participate in process improvement initiatives within finance controlling
* Contribute to ad-hoc financial projects

Background/ Requirements
* Currently pursuing a degree (3rd or 4th year) in Accounting, Controlling, or Financial Management
* Getting credit for your internship
* Strong interest in finance and controlling
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; basic ERP knowledge is a plus
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken
* Detail-oriented, structured, and result-driven
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
