We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support our Ride-Hailing operations in Netherlands. As an Operations Intern, you will play a crucial role in the daily functions that impact supply growth and compliance.

This is a full-time internship opportunity, offering a monthly compensation of EUR800. You'll be joining us on-site at our Amsterdam, Netherlands office - a great environment for learning, teamwork, and fast-paced collaboration.

About the role:

As an Operations Intern, you'll play a key role in keeping our Netherlands marketplace balanced and growing, ensuring thousands of drivers and riders enjoy seamless experiences every day. You'll learn how to scale a fast-paced platform, make data-driven decisions, and execute projects that have a visible impact on Bolt's business.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

* Own key operational workflows across all of Bolt's business operations in the Netherlands.
* Monitor and analyze performance metrics (e.g., supply health, engagement, activation) to find bottlenecks and propose improvements.
* Contribute to local growth initiatives that boost driver supply, reliability, and satisfaction.
* Collaborate with Central Operations, Product, Commerce, and Customer Support to improve tools, processes, and communication.
* Test and optimize new processes, helping us find smarter, faster ways to operate.
* Investigate and solve driver issues across email, chat, and in-person interactions, ensuring empathy and speed in every response.

About you:

* You're a student in Business, Economics, Operations, Data Analytics, or a related field.
* You have strong analytical skills and enjoy finding trends and insights in data.
* You're curious and proactive, not afraid to challenge how things are done.
* You communicate clearly in English and enjoy working with people.
* You're available 4-5 days per week for at least 5-6 months in Amsterdam.
