About the role
Do you have a strong affinity for marketing communications? Do you see yourself sharing your ideas with a marketing department in a diverse and global manufacturing company? Then join us now! This internship is scheduled to start on May 18th, 2026 for a duration of 6 months. The role requires a commitment of 5 days per week, with the flexibility to work from home 2 days per week. The Marketing Communications Intern with a focus on Architectural Solutions portfolio will work closely with the Marketing Communications Managers and Specialists based in the EMEA HQ (Oegstgeest) to focus on external communication, digital marketing, and customer communication.
Key Responsibilities
* This is a hybrid role based in Oegstgeest.
* Assist in developing and implementing sales supporting material such as brand films, presentations, brochures, swatches, and PR.
* Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing activities including social media community management, web content, and SEO/SEA.
* Coordinate internal and external events as well as campaign traffic, including monitoring, planning, and evaluation.
* Support management with incoming requests related to corporate visual identity, advertising, or other MarCom issues.
* Join the team in creative brainstorming and create internal/external collateral exposition for stakeholders

Requisiti del candidato:

Qualifications

Required
* Currently studying (or about to transition into) Senior year of University Bachelor in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
* English speaker level or near to native; other languages are a plus.
Skills you need to succeed
* Proficiency in Google Suite and software applications like InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, or Canva are preferred.
* Experience with content management systems (AEM, WordPress) and email marketing systems (Act-On, Mailchimp) are preferred.
* Ability to work in a highly international environment with a customer-focused approach and good project management skills
