As a Strategic Insights and Analytics Intern at Danone Global Early Life Nutrition, you will have the chance to join a highly motivated, international team driving insights for strategy to fuel the growth agenda of the Early Life Nutrition business: digging into market dynamics, contextual data, the world of our moms/ parents, patients, Health Care Practitioners, competitive intelligence; animating internal communication plans, helping the team on the day-to-day missions, and interacting with many cross-functional teams within the company.

Throughout this internship, you will have to prove yourself able to adapt to a dynamic, global marketing environment and appear as a key business partner to the team.
You must have become curious to know what would be your main tasks & responsibilities?

Your main responsibilities include:
* Contribute to SiA projects (ad hoc market research or market data related) under the supervision of one of the SiA Sr. Managers and support marketing teams in relevant reports/ presentations - finding the pieces of the puzzle then putting them together to trigger decision making and actions;
* Extract and consolidate data from various sources ranging from market data/ competition/ trends to social-listening and previous SiA findings and analyze it to reach meaningful conclusions and recommendations;
* Summarize, deliver presentations with strong headlines and clear storylines;
* Accumulate, catalogue, socialize insights across the organization;
* Facilitate and conduct one-to-one consumer connects leveraging on existing tech solutions;
* Align and fine-tune look & feel for (PowerPoint) presentations, e.g. market research presentations or market (share) data/ business reviews.

Your manager will be Tetiana Pasieka, SIA Senior Manager.

You have:
* An eye for detail and the quality of information;
* An analytical mindset - you like digging into data and working with Excel and PowerPoint, but also the ability to swiftly organize, structure information and synthesize conclusions;
* The ability to challenge situations, act with resilience and manage stakeholders;
* A great team spirit with sharp communication skills;
* Some creativity added to rigor is a plus.

Key requirements:
* Enrolled as a Bachelors/Masters student during the whole internship period (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university);
* Available to start in August;
* Available for a minimum of 6 months, 4-5 days per week. Of course we will be flexible around any university-related matter you need to do.
* You are fluent in English – spoken and written;
* You are able to work from Hoofddorp 1-2 times per week;
