Professional Intern - Outsourcing Department

ZTE CORPORATION, a leading international telecommunications company, is currently seeking a Professional Intern (Practicante Profesional) to join our Outsourcing Department.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supplier management and outsourcing operations within a dynamic and multicultural environment.

Key Responsabilities:

* Support the onboarding process of new suppliers by collecting and reviewing required documentation.
* Request quotations from suppliers and ensure timely follow-up on responses.
* Maintain and update supplier information in the company system.
* Receive and perform preliminary checks on supplier invoices before submission to the Finance Department.
* Provide support on additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor.

Requirements:

**Recent graduate (Year: 2025-II) in:
- Business Administration / Management
- International Business / Global Trade
- Telecommunications Engineering / Electronics Engineering
- Industrial Engineering
* Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency.
* Previous experience through pre-professional internships is desirable.
