Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to:
Join our Global Supply Chain team and support inventory management activities across Philips locations worldwide. You will gain hands-on experience in inventory control, data analysis, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration while learning how global supply chains operate in a leading health technology company.

Your role:

* Supporting inventory accuracy monitoring and inventory-related reporting activities.
* Assisting with inventory data analysis and helping identify stock discrepancies and improvement opportunities.
* Maintaining inventory control documentation and supporting compliance activities.
* Supporting process improvement and standardization initiatives across supply chain operations.
* Collaborating with warehouses, factories, and cross-functional teams on inventory-related topics.
* Preparing reports, presentations, and analyses for internal stakeholders.
* Working with SAP and other tools used to support inventory management processes.

You're the right fit if:
* Be a student of at least 2nd year of Bachelor's studies 
* Be fluent in English (at least B2)  
* You have an intermediate or advanced Excel knowledge & analytical skills
* Express availability to work at least 32-40 hours/ week 
* Have basic knowledge level of Excel and Word

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.
