This Position reports to:IS Service Owner Cross Domain Services

To strengthen our Master Data team, we are looking for an Intern with proficiency in English, and a valid student status. Seize this unique opportunity and grow together with us. Run what runs the world!

Responsibilities:
* Dispatching tickets and monitoring the queue
* Supporting requestors in their queries
* Cooperation with MD Governance Managers and IS Operations Managers of different Master Data areas
* Applying data changes approved by MD Governance Managers in AMD tool
* Preparing communication of agreed changes to Business, Country Master Data managers and Application Owners
* Creation of training content, presentations in regards to area of responsibility

Requirements:
* Fluent English in writing and speaking
* Self-confidence, openness
* Readiness to pick up new challenges
* Willingness to learn and grow
* Nice to have: background at economics or IT
* Nice to have: good knowledge of MS Excel
