This Position reports to:Global IS CX Effectiveness Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive CX Architecture and Effectiveness Capabilities Intern who is passionate about employee experience, communication, and collaboration. In this role, you will support internal teams by improving onboarding, engagement, internal communications, and team effectiveness initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
* Create and maintain SharePoint pages and internal knowledge resources
* Plan and execute internal events, including ownership of the annual event roadmap
* Support the employee onboarding process (materials, org charts, meetings, trainings)
* Produce internal content and communications (videos with Clipchamp, visuals with Canva, Viva Engage posts)
* Prepare branded presentations and internal reports with strong attention to detail
* Drive team engagement and development initiatives, collaborating across teams and moderating meetings

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Strong English communication skills (verbal and written), B3 level or above
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Process-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
* Experience with Microsoft 365 tools, especially SharePoint and Teams
* Proactive attitude and ability to work independently
* Passion for employee experience, engagement, and internal communications
