Your role
Do you have sharp analytical skills? Are you self-motivated and detail-oriented? We're looking for someone like this to:

* support the global Chief Administrative Office of the Investment Bank (IB) Chief Risk Officer (CRO)
* be involved in the operational risk processes covering Credit and Market Risk
* prepare regular reporting to support the operational risk governance and oversight of the function
* collect control metrics to facilitate accurate management reporting
* support the team in the performance of controls

Your team
You'll be working in the CAO team in IB Credit and CRO IB&GMR Risk Control. We are a small team providing a huge variety of services; supporting the function to deliver operationally and perform effectively whilst keeping alignment with our strategic priorities. You'll be working closely with the IB Credit and CRO IB&GMR Risk Control global team and colleagues in partner functions.

Our internship is an ideal way to gain the work experience that you will need to launch your career. Your paid internship will last 12 months, based on a 30-40 hour week.

Your expertise
You don't have to have previous professional experience. It is important that you have:

* computer proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
* a can-do attitude
* strong analytical and problem solving skills as well as an ability to think critically
* excellent English communication skills and the ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner

You are:

* quickly grasping new concepts
* able to work productively both within a team environment and individually
