As part of Finance System Governance, we are the guardians of Finance Master Data and the orchestrators of financial controls that keep global operations running seamlessly. Our team manages critical data assets across the organization, including financial trading flows, company structures, market hierarchies, and more.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 

* Computer user, comfortable with using MS Office (especially MS Excel would be a strong asset)

* Quick learner with good interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills

* A university graduate up to 6 months after graduation or a student of a 3rd, 4th or 5th year, preferably available for 30-40 hours per week 

* Proficient English speaker  

* Previous experience in a multinational environment would be an advantage

HOW WILL YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

 

* Maintain and analyze trading flow definitional data to generate and create trading rules supporting supply chain flow in inter-company transaction.

* Participate in enhancement and simplification of control activities and master data management.

* Support with the maintenance of Finance Master Data following the established maintenance procedures for data creation and maintenance.

* Interact and communicate with our worldwide Stakeholders in different functions.

* Participate and support, where applicable, the way we make decisions on multi-functional changes (data, system, access security, administration, and reporting content).

 

 

A condition of commencing the internship with a chosen candidate is that the candidate possesses valid documents authorizing legal residence and work in the territory of the Republic of Poland for the entire duration of the internship. The company reserves the right to verify these documents before signing the contract.
