Bambino Product Development Intern (R&D & Packaging)

Your Tasks

The intern will support Bambino Business Unit in product development activities, focusing on documentation, assisting in New Product Development (NPD) projects, and supporting the implementation of PPWR (Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation) requirements. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to support product development and supply chain projects. You will work closely with both R&D and Supply Chain teams, gaining exposure to cross-functional collaboration and real business impact.

This role offers hands-on experience in:
* product development processes (R&D)
* documentation and technical specifications
* implementation of sustainability and packaging regulations (PPWR)
* exposure to R&D, Supply Chain and Sustainability topics
* ownership of a defined project (PPWR implementation support)

Your Profile

We are looking for a candidate who:

* Is an active student (2nd/3rd/4th year) and majoring in:

* Packaging Engineering / Materials Science
* Chemical Engineering / Chemistry
* Production Engineering / Industrial Engineering
* Quality Engineering
* Logistics / Supply Chain
* Is fluent in English (B2 minimum)
* Has strong analytical thinking skills
* Has very good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
* Ability to work with structured data and documentation
* Knowledge of sustainability / EU packaging regulations
* Basic knowledge of product development (in the area of formula development)
* Has a basic understanding of:
* product development processes
* production / supply chain
* materials / packaging
