Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

* Supplier Setup: Create and maintain Vendor Master in the SAP ERP system
* Data Validation: Verify and validate relevant information to ensure completeness and accuracy during creation and updates
* Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with different Business Partners to ensure proper reception of all relevant details for supplier creation and maintenance
* Process Compliance: Ensure that high-quality processes and services are delivered on time as specified in Service Level Agreements and in compliance with internal control requirements

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

* Education: Degree in Business Administration/Economics, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent field of studies
* Tools: Good knowledge of MS Office Tools, especially Excel and Outlook. SAP is a plus
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Working style: Attention to detail and a motivated mindset to learn new skills
* Languages: Fluency in English
