Proposal Engineer Intern position for 2026. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented undergraduate or graduate electrical engineering major with coursework and/or experience in electrical distribution systems and relay protection. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, collaborate with professionals, and contribute to real-world engineering projects.
Responsibilities & Duties:

* Assist in reviewing customer inquiries, RFQs (Request for Quotations), RFPs (Request for Proposals), and tender documents.
* Support the preparation of technical offer e.g technical drawings, specifications, and documentation.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, project managers, commercial project manager and logistic.
* Help prepare compliance matrices, technical submittals, and proposal documentation.
* Ensure proposals are completed accurately and submitted within specified deadlines.
* Assist in preparing post-bid clarifications and customer responses.
* Organization, preparation, attendance, evaluation and documentation for the prequalification activities
* Ensure compliance with safety standards and engineering codes.
Qualifications & Skills:

* Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering discipline.
* Strong academic background with interest in sales engineering, tendering, and proposal management.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.
* Basic understanding of costing and commercial concepts.
