Job Description

This 12-month internship places you at the heart of the EMEA Office of SC, where you'll contribute to transformational programs that shape our operating model, elevate pre-sales engagement excellence, and amplify our organisational rhythm.
ServiceNow Solution Consulting (SC) is a global team helping organisations rethink how work gets done. Within our EMEA Office of SC, you'll be part of a collaborative group focused on improving how pre-sales teams work, connect, and deliver value across the business.
We care deeply about innovation, people-first design, and learning from different perspectives. As an intern, you'll work closely with Solution Consulting leaders, supporting meaningful initiatives that improve how we operate and make a real difference to the team.
This internship is an opportunity to learn by doing. You'll gain hands-on experience on transformational projects, receive guidance from experienced mentors, and build practical skills-all while being part of one of the world's most innovative technology companies.

* Support efforts to modernise how our team collaborates and communicates, contributing to a more connected and agile Solution Consulting organisation.
* Get involved in strategic projects and customer-facing initiatives that influence how we work and succeed as a business.
* Bring fresh thinking to productivity and engagement programmes, helping shape how we deliver value to customers.
* Learn from world-class mentors, receive hands-on training, and work with cutting-edge tools as you build skills in pre-sales, technology, and solution consulting
Requisiti del candidato:
Qualifications
Who you are:
* Full-time student at an accredited university (Computer Science, IT, Business, Marketing, or similar), graduating after June 2027.
* Curious and motivated to apply classroom learning to real-world challenges
* Enjoys solving problems, making sense of ambiguity, and bringing fresh ideas
* Thinks analytically with a consultative, strategic mindset
* Communicates clearly, builds relationships easily, and keeps the customer in focus
* Applicants must be currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program and undertaking a placement year as part of their course.
