If you're in year 12, making the right career choice is probably on your radar already. If you're not sure where to begin or want to test out your talents to see where they fit best, then our Career Shapers Year 12 programme is for you.

This programme offers a practical and engaging experience designed to help you deepen your understanding of careers in professional services. You will hear directly from our people, discover more about Deloitte and our pathways, and build the skills that employers look for through interactive activities.

So, whether you are interested in accounting and finance, consulting, or technology - or perhaps still exploring your options - this programme will help you connect your skills and interests with real-world opportunities.

To be eligible for this programme, you must currently be studying in:
* Year 12 in England or Wales
* Year 13 in Northern Ireland
* S5 in Scotland

You'll also need to be studying towards at least 104 UCAS points from your top 3 A-Levels (or equivalent).

When and where does it take place?

Our Career Shapers Year 12 Finance (Inspiring Black Talent) programme is a three-day programme, taking place virtually from Wednesday 29th July - Friday 31st July 2026.

Our Career Shapers Year 12 (Inspiring Black Talent) programme can open new opportunities within the firm. After you've completed your programme, you could convert to our Brightstart apprenticeship programme.

This programme is perfect for you if you are excited about your future, ready to learn more about the world of professional services, and are seriously considering an apprenticeship.
