What are your contributions to the team?

* Track project hours, research and provide Maintenance data for the projects work scope
* Conduct daily audits of the work package and check all SVOs
* Act as the parts runner for the team, liaising with the materials department, collecting spares, organising the bay parts cage and RTSing parts
* Assist certifying engineers with raising defects in an administrative sense. Entering details into SAP, when required
* Print raised defects - QA0002A and QA009A into sleeves and provide them to the lead technician
* Ensure all removed items have QA017 parts identification tags and the certifier has inspected them
* Fill out MRA for items going to stores
* Print off Gemba information in preparation for the Gemba meetings
* Ensure the Gemba board has the required forms on it
* Ensure the bay plan is part of the Gemba Board
* Be responsible for ensuring a tidy work environment around desks and work pack area
