Are you a Scientist of the future?  Start your science career today with this fantastic opportunity with the world's leading Flavours and Fragrance company.  Working at one of our key fragrance production sites, you will assist within the dynamic Sensory Team.

Working closely with our Sensory team to assist in the running of tests with trained sensory panellists and untrained assessors for Fragrance and Oral Care projects to provide data driven insights for the business and research teams.

Key Responsibilities

* Assisting the Sensory Science Team in the day-to-day operations of the sensory laboratories, supporting both trained fragrance and oral care panels as well as untrained assessors.

* Under supervision, carry out routine sensory evaluations and related laboratory activities such as sample preparation, test set-up, running panel sessions and clearing up.

* Help recruit, brief and manage untrained assessors for sensory studies.

* Follow defined test methods and protocols.

* Maintain and organize laboratory spaces before and after testing sessions, ensuring cleanliness, tidiness, and safety.

* Organize and conduct the testing sessions for technology compliance.

This is a temporary, one year contract and is ideal for a school leaver or someone who is just beginning their career journey.
