Supply Chain Management Trainee

Position Summary
As a Supply Chain Management Coordinator you will be in charge of product supply from Samsung factories into the Czech and Slovak markets. You will work with demand forecasting, purchasing and coordination of various issues and information between local area, Korean headquarters and factories in order to give the best support to local sales team with maximized operational efficiency.

Role and Responsibilities

As a SCM Trainee you will be in close cooperation with local Sales and Operation teams:
* Input and update sales forecasts
* Strong sense of physical stock management - Shortage, Over-stocking.
* Basic or Advanced understanding (or Interest) in Product management and Demand planning.
* Weekly contact with our Korean Headquarters and monitor and report production/shipments
* Work with reports to Korean Headquarters and international environments (e.g., weekly sales discrepancy, demand updated status, coordination of daily operational issues)
* Analyse Demand Forecast accuracy per customer to support optimal product flow.
* Weekly meeting with product managers and key account managers about delivery and stock status.
* Large database management from ERP systems - SAP, Sales force or any Corporate systems.
* High interests in depths data and report management
* Cooperation with peer-SCM manager in Prague office and Other European offices to smoothly manage all the given tasks.
* Mindset to close the jobs on-time.

Skills and Qualifications

Who we are looking for:
* At least 1-3 years of working experience within SCM, logistics, purchase or similar environment
* Native Czech language and excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written
* International Communication skills
* Inter-personal Communication skills
* Strong Excel skills for analysis
