Trainee in Project Management Department - Change Coordinator

Job Description

* Tracking of engineering change requests (ECRs) in the implementation phase and keeping records up-to-date
* Notify relevant department representatives about changes
* Responsible for the process of labeling first shipment after change
* Tracking and creation of Revision levels (SAP)
* Preparation of standardized technical documentation for processing ECRs
* Participation on regular Change Gates
* Assistance in coordinating plant activities in order to achieve planned introduction date and minimize related costs

Qualifications

* Creative with attention to details
* Good communication and organization skills
* Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook)
* Reliability and ability to work in team
* Good knowledge of English
* German language knowledge is an advantage
* Preferred field of study: Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Technical Sciences, Faculty of Organizational Sciences or comparable field of study
