E-commerce's Governance and Experience (GNE) is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only our users, but also sellers and creators. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2026. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period. Responsibilities: - Assist in configuring labels for content labelling in governance strategies. - Support drafting of governance strategies and documentation. - Help with communication with cross-functional teams (e.g. organise meetings) to ensure alignment. - Help analyze content metrics to improve governance processes. - Provide support in translating reports and other documents as needed
Requisiti del candidato:
Minimum Qualification(s): - Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree. - Detail-oriented with a strong sense of curiosity and critical thinking. - Ability to work independently and follow through on investigative tasks. Preferred Qualification(s): - Experience in e-commerce or technology-related roles or prior exposure as an online seller or content creator on platforms. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and/or SQL. - Interest in platform governance, risk, or operational policy. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
