The merger of Aviva Singapore and Singlife was announced in September 2020 and created one of the largest homegrown financial services companies in Singapore in a deal valued at S$3.2 billion. It was the largest insurance deal in Singapore at the time. Singlife was subsequently acquired by Sumitomo Life in March 2024, one of Japan's leading life insurers, which valued Singlife at S$4.6 billion, making the transaction one of the largest insurance deals in Southeast Asia.
Responsibilities
* Assist the People Innovation Lead in the development and implementation of people analytics tools, including dashboards.
* Assist the People Innovation Lead in HRIS -AI Implementation Project
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure the successful delivery of analytics Dashboard Project.
* Prepare presentations and reports to communicate findings and project updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
* Currently pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Psychology or a related field.
* Proficiency in Macro: Experience with or willingness to learn macro programming in Excel for automating tasks and reports.
* Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, R, SQL, or Python.
* Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, etc.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
