Position and Team Overview
L.E.K.'s Consulting advises some of the most prominent organisations across the region, including major multinationals with headquarters and/or significant operations in Asia. Our Partner team has extensive experience across the Healthcare / Life Sciences economy, Education, and Financial Services.
This role is expected to be collaborating and effectively working on consulting projects across different practice areas and Asia offices to help support them on key deliverables.

Overview of Role
We are seeking highly motivated and intellectually curious interns who are eager to solve complex business problems. Ideal candidates are analytical thinkers, strong communicators, and team players who thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
You should be excited about strategy consulting and demonstrate a genuine interest in understanding how businesses grow, compete, and transform.

Specific Responsibilities
As an intern, you will work closely with case teams and gain hands-on experience across a variety of projects. Your responsibilities may include:
* Conducting market research and industry analysis to support client engagements
* Analyzing data to identify trends, insights, and strategic implications
* Supporting the development of client presentations and reports
* Participating in team discussions and contributing ideas to solve business problems
* Assisting in financial modeling and business case development
* Collaborating with team members across different functions and geographies

Our internship is open to college seniors and second-year graduate students, and will run for 4-8 weeks between April to June 2026.
