Responsibilities

* Support the continuous enhancement of chatbot systems by uploading, maintaining, and optimizing data
* Ensure data accuracy by identifying and correcting inconsistencies in chatbot knowledge base
* Analyze historical case data to refine categorization, uncover trends, and generate actionable insights
* Assist in maintaining and improving SOP documentation in collaboration with senior team members
* Contribute to process efficiency by developing simple automation solutions through basic programming

Qualifications

* Experience in data analysis
* Experience in with AI/Machine learning
* Basic knowledge of wealth products
* Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
* Analytical mind with the ability to think strategical
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
