A research-focused role supporting the investment team through equity and REITs analysis, financial data monitoring, and model updates. The intern will assist with screening mid-cap names, maintaining trackers, and preparing short research notes and meeting materials.

Position Responsibilities:
* Support Investment team in research and analysis of stocks in the Singapore equities market and Regional REITs
* Support mid-cap coverage through screening and monitoring
* Help update simple financial models and data trackers
* Assist in preparing short research notes and meeting materials

Required Qualifications:
* Candidates pursuing Accounting or Finance preferred
* Able to commit from May - Aug 2026
* Keen attitude to learn
* Strong analytical ability
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Related experience will be beneficial
