Summer Internship 2026 - IT Governance

Descrizione del lavoro:

* Maintain and enhance governance dashboards: Assist in updating and improving IT governance dashboards and metric reports, including IT deviation tracking and key performance indicators.
* Validate enhanced processes: Assist in performing user testing on newly enhanced processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency before rollout.
* Coordinate inventory declarations: Support the triggering and coordination of declarations for end-user applications (EUA) and Internet of Things (IoT) inventory across business units.
* Promote security awareness: Develop educational materials, campaigns, and engagement content to promote security awareness and communicate updates made in IT Governance documents.
* Prepare governance materials: Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and supporting documents for governance meetings and management reporting.
* Research emerging practices: Conduct basic research or benchmarking on emerging IT governance trends and best practices.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Computer Science, Business IT, or related fields.
* Interest in IT governance, cybersecurity, risk management, or compliance.
* Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Good writing skills and creativity in digital media design
* Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
* Able to work independently, detail-oriented, and proactive in learning.
* Prior coursework or exposure to ISO 27001, ITIL, or MAS TRM Guidelines will be an advantage.
* Working knowledge in common design tools such as video editor/movie maker for creating animated and interactive contents will be added advantage
