Exciting Internship Opportunity in Unit Process Engineering: Dive into the World of Semiconductor Backend Final Test Operations

As a Unit Process Engineering intern, you'll be an integral part of our operations team, focusing on the final stages of semiconductor production. You'll work closely with experienced engineers to optimize test processes, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements that drive efficiency and productivity in a highly automated manufacturing facility.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

* Final Test operations and automation projects.
* Deviation management, crisis management, risk management and mitigation
* Change management projects
* Process Flow/FMEA /SOP/OCAP/Control PlanInternship Learning Outcomes:

Understanding of

* Day-to-day operation tasks in Semiconductor Backend Test.
* Statistical Process Control and Deviation management in Backend Test.
* Production data analysis and how to statistically represent data
* Automation projects in an Advanced Manufacturing Facility.

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

* On track to attain a Bachelor in Automation / Electrical & Electronic / Mechanical Engineering.
* A Self-driven individual with strong analytical ability & problem-solving skills.
* Enjoy working with people, coordinating tasks.
* Knowledge in Tableau, UiPath and Python will be added advantage.
* Preferred Internship Period: Jun 26 - Dec 26
