Job Description

Responsibilities

* Provide support in the engineering analysis of Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) systems

* Assist in assessing the technical feasibility of innovative building technologies

* Monitor and analyse buildings' efficiency via the Building Management System

* Assist in the day-to-day technical operations support

* Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

* Currently pursuing a Degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical/Environmental Engineering, or any other Sustainable Building related disciplines

* Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

* Able to multitask and deliver work on time and accurately

* Strong verbal and written communication skills
