Data Analytics & Operations Intern - Customer Experience, Business Development (Fall 2025)

Descrizione del lavoro:

* Support projects covering Customer Experience, Seller Operations and Risk. Excellent opportunity to gain first hand insights into e-commerce operations
* Conduct market research and analysis to support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives
* Assist in product feature requests and development
* Automate data collection and aggregation processes to build dashboards for management reporting
* Collaborate with other functional teams to drive business insights and improvements

Requisiti del candidato:

* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher
* Passionate about technology and business. E-commerce experience or interest preferred, but not a prerequisite
* Comfortable working with large amounts of data
* Strong in Microsoft Excel
* Familiar with at least one programming/scripting language, preferably Python and SQL
* Experience in data analysis and data collection preferred
* Full time interns preferred (3-6 months). Part time interns available at least 4 days a week are welcome to apply
