* Identify, analyze and drive areas for process improvement across regional and local teams and all markets that we operate in
* Drive productivity and efficiency through operational optimization and best practices
* Support the development and alignment of SOPs, benchmarks, and performance targets
* Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance tracking
* Lead and support cross-functional projects from planning to execution
* Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic decision-making
* Track business performance and support the preparation of management reporting
* Support strategic initiatives, operating models, and corporate development
Requisiti del candidato:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field
* Strong interest in project management and process improvement
* Comfortable working with data and drawing insights to support decision-making
* Team player who enjoys working with people from different functions or countries
* Good communication and organizational skills
* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
