Job Description
You will assist the Group Talent Management team in the daily operations, as well as participate in the ongoing projects.

Responsibilities
* Assist in the day-to-day management of the Associate Program, including onboarding, scheduling, communications, and tracking progress
* Coordinate logistics for program events, workshops, and training sessions
* Maintain accurate records and documentation related to program participants and activities
* Help manage communications with external partners, including universities and government bodies
* Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements
* Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resources or any other related disciplines
* Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
* Independent, able to multitask and detail-oriented
* Good spoken and written English
