Job Description

Responsibilities
* Assist in building inspections and operations
* Assist in collating information regarding the buildings
* Research and collate Sustainability data for Green Mark renewals
* Provide support on Asset Enhancements projects
* Assist in handling feedback from tenants
* Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

​Requirements
* Currently pursuing a Diploma in Facilities Management, Real Estate, or any other related disciplines
* Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
* Able to multi-task and deliver work on time and accurately
* Detail-oriented and meticulous
