About the team Our mission is to build a world where people can safely discover, create and connect. AI Data Service and Operations (ADSO) team provides safety and non-safety data annotation services, search operation services, and customer support for Tiktok's global products, helping the products build a complete and reliable data ecosystem and security system. Eco Governance, a team under ADSO, is committed to mitigating harmful content on the platform while continuously optimizing user experience. The team focuses on data annotation-related work to support the formulation of online content strategies and the R&D and training of AI / Large Language Models (LLM). As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Responsibilities： - Support day-to-day project operations, including using internal platforms and tools for case injection, monitoring labeling efficiency and quality, and assisting with resource allocation. - Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure consistent enforcement cadence and smooth collaboration. - Assist the team in analyzing project data to support data-driven decision-making. - Learn Content Ecosystem Governance policies and provide insights and suggestions for continuous quality improvement

Requisiti del candidato:

Minimum Qualifications： - Currently enrolled university student who can commit to at least 6 months, with a minimum of 4 working days per week - Ability to quickly understand business context and model training workflows - Proficiency in Chinese and English is required.
