Job Description

As an intern in the Shared Services Centre team, you will support the project team (Digital & Tech) by assisting in day-to-day project coordination activities.

Responsibilities

* Support project management tasks such as maintaining project plans and tracking project activities, timelines and milestones

* Set up and coordinate meetings, workshops, and project-related events

* Prepare and maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, and status reports

* Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external project resources

* Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

* Currently pursuing a Degree in Information Technology, Analytics, or any other related disciplines

* Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

* Detailed-oriented and meticulous

* Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
