Social Media Intern

We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Intern to join our Talent Acquisition Department. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media trends and content creation, along with a desire to learn how to grow our employer brand. As a Social Media Intern, you will assist in managing and expanding our social media presence across various platforms, contribute to content creation, and help analyze performance metrics, while boosting our engagement with prospective candidates and students.

Responsibilities:
* Assist in creating engaging content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and graphics.
* Help schedule and publish posts using social media management tools
* Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, news, and platform updates to ensure content is relevant and engaging
* Contribute to the development and execution of social media campaigns and initiatives
* Help maintain and update a content calendar to ensure consistent posting across all platforms
* Help ensure all content and interactions align with the company's brand voice, values, and tone

Requirements:
* Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing or Media Studies
* Able to commit to a credit-bearing internship
* Experience using social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) both personally and professionally
* Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g. Canva, Capcut)
* Excellent written communication skills with a creative and engaging writing style tailored for social media audiences
* Ability to come up with fresh and innovative ideas for social media content and campaigns
* Ability to produce high-quality work with attention to detail
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Able to work well within a team, while also being able to work independently when needed
* Prior internship experience in social media marketing will be a plus
