Support High-End Sales & VIP Experiences
* Arrange VIP bookings for boutique or high-jewellery events (restaurants, client treatment etc)
* Assist with private viewing preparations
* Update and follow up on high-end systems, clienteling apps, and reports

In-Boutique Client Relationship Support
* Handle CRM gifts (ordering, delivery, registration, and feedback)
* Assist with boutique activations
* Follow up with the team on clienteling occasions (birthdays, anniversary and etc)

Registration of Quick Services & Back-Office Support
* Assist with in-boutique quick service execution and registration
* Provide admin support for boutique management
* Prepare meetings and reports
* Place non-sellable orders
* Support monthly claims process
Continuous Improvement & Best Practices
* Share updates on new improvements with the boutique team
* Communicate best practices to the corporate office

Boutique Support
* Assist the team with welcoming, drinks and gift wrapping during peak periods
