Team Introduction The success of TikTok's data business model hinges on the supply of a large volume of high quality labeled data that will grow exponentially as our business scales up. However, the current cost of data labeling is excessively high. The Data Solutions Team uses quantitative and qualitative data to guide and uncover insights, turning our findings into real products to power exponential growth. The Data Solutions Team responsibility includes infrastructure construction, recognition capabilities management, global labeling delivery management. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2026. Internships at our Company aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Successful candidates must be able to commit to either of the following Internships - From May to August (onboard by 11 May 2026) Responsibilities: - Actively participate in the end-to-end development of multimodal content understanding models, including feature engineering, algorithm design, training, and deployment. - Design and implement models for short-video content understanding, such as video classification and text analysis, to directly support AI-driven business growth. - Research and apply large-scale model prompt engineering, exploring the use of foundation models in short-video content understanding scenarios. - Support the full AI project lifecycle, including data collection, model training, evaluation, delivery, and continuous iteration

Requisiti del candidato:

Minimum Qualification(s): - Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master's in computer science, artificial intelligence, data science or related discipline. - Familiarity with the full model development pipeline and hands-on experience with mainstream deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow. - Availability to work five days per week. - Strong logical thinking skills, high data sensitivity, fast learning ability, and a proactive work attitude. - Operate effectively in a fully English-speaking work environment. - Able to commit full-time for a 3-month duration Preferred Qualification(s): - Prior algorithm-related internship experience is a plus. - Practical experience in Machine Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, or Multimodal LLM is highly desirable. Publications in top-tier computer science conferences are a plus. - Ability to commit to an internship of six months or longer preferred.
