💼 Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join Bosch for a fulfilling internship opportunity! This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in a corporate environment, allowing you to contribute to ongoing projects while learning from experienced professionals. As a Learning & Development (L&D) intern in Bosch Training Centre (ASEAN), you will support the operations and learning initiatives in collaboration with experienced team members.
🎯 What you will do (Key Responsibilities)
* Assist in the planning and coordination of resources for on-site trainings and workshops, including room setup, participant communication, and vendor management, ensuring smooth execution and participant satisfaction.
* Design and develop materials for learning initiatives and programmes, supporting the communication of these initiatives to enhance employee engagement and knowledge retention.
* Assist in the planning and event management of learning initiatives, including vendor management and communications, contributing to successful learning experiences.
* Ensure training expenses for on-site trainings and workshops are processed promptly, maintaining accurate records and efficient financial operations.
* Research and propose new, engaging, and innovative learning activities, technologies, and content to enhance our existing materials, driving continuous improvement in learning and development.
* Depending on personal interest and comfort level, co-facilitate sessions, thereby gaining valuable experience in engaging audience and developing facilitation skills.
* Support other HR and L&D projects as necessary, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the HR department and gaining broad experience

* A self-motivated and adaptable individual with a positive attitude, demonstrating initiative and a willingness to learn.
