Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Finance & Accounting Trainee at IBM, you will become an integral part of our corporate finance and accounting team. From day one, you will take on your own responsibilities and work on assignments that directly contribute to the company's success.

The IBM Finance Traineeship Program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various finance and accounting areas, build practical skills, and develop a strong understanding of how a global organization operates.

Program Details

* Contract duration: 12 months
* Working hours: Part-time, 24 hours/week
* Start date: April 2026
* Monthly salary: 750 EUR (gross)
* Number of positions is limited

Preferred Education

Bachelor's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

* University student enrolled in an Economics or related field
* Active intermediate level of Business English
* Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Strong interest in finance, with logical thinking, flexibility, and a proactive mindset
