About the role
Within the company's Financial Services department, the Finance P2P Trainee supports the processing and follow-up of supplier invoices for all legal entities within the scope. This role is part of Reckitt's finance team and interacts with various stakeholders across the organization, as well as with our suppliers and the Shared Service Center.
Your responsibilities
- Review of supplier payment batch files prepared by our Shared Service Center
- Review of manual payments
- Review of open bank and supplier items
- Management of supplier master data in MDGS, including creation of new vendors, as well as their unblockings and extensions
- Review and management of pending invoices in the VIM module
- Review of supplier reconciliations
- Participation in weekly and monthly supplier KPI meetings with our Shared Service Center
- Follow-up of supplier accruals, identifying risks and opportunities for the company
- Support to various teams across the organization (e.g., Marketing, Supply, IT) in processes related to suppliers
- Updating the company's PO matrices to ensure they remain accurate and operational
The experience we're looking for
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field (completed or ongoing).
-It's mandatory to have the possibility of signing an intership agreement with a Spanish university.
-Proficiency in Excel.
-Fluent in Spanish and English.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
