Locations: Halkidiki, Kos Island, Corfu Island (Greece) Estepona, Mallorca (Spain) Positions: Front Office Trainee, Guest Relations Trainee, Bellboy Front Office Trainee * Welcome and greet guests providing a friendly, efficient and courteous service * Undertake check-in, check-out & payment transactions * Answer telephone calls, handle complaints, arrivals, departures and rest functions * Excellent knowledge of the resort and the facilities as well as of daily events, activities and food & beverage functions in order to provide accurate information to guests * Be fully informed about the daily workload of the hotel (arrivals, departures, VIP guests and rest functions) * Be fully informed about the daily workload of the hotel (arrivals, departures, VIP guests and rest functions) Guest Relations Trainee * Welcome and greet all arriving & in-house guests with a pleasing smile * Assist guests with all check-in procedures, issue room keys, and answer any questions. * Review arrival lists and records, including arrivals, departures, and VIP guests. * Answer client inquiries in a timely manner. * Promote the services provided by our hotel. * Address grievance issues and inform Guest Relations Manager as required
