A Day in the Life Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our team, focusing on media planning and social media management. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a dynamic marketing team, working with digital campaigns and social media strategies for a major brand. As a Marketing Intern, you will support the execution of media plans, monitor social media channels, and help analyze the performance of marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the planning and scheduling of media campaigns across various digital platforms.
* Support the creation and scheduling of social media content in line with campaign strategies.
* Help track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
* Support community management
* Collaborate with the marketing team on brainstorming sessions and creative ideas.
* Research trends in media and social media to identify opportunities for growth.
* Provide administrative support, including preparing presentations and organizing data.
* Assist in the creation, scheduling, and monitoring of content for Medtronic Iberia's social media channels.

Requirements:
* Currently enrolled in a program in Marketing, Communication, Business or related field.
* Interest in digital marketing and social media.
* Strong analytical skills
* Strong organization skills and attention to detail
* Familiarity with social media platforms.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (and additional languages a plus).
* Creative mindset and willingness to learn with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Work Experience: Not required. Internship only.

Education: Graduate.

Additional Information:
- Internship agreement
- Duration: 12 months (extendable + 6months)
- Full time
- Schedule: flexible 7:30-10_00 to 16:00-18:30. Fridays and summer months intensive day
- Office presence: minimum 2 days/week
- Study aid of EUR1000 gross/month + Food Aid (Ticket restaurant)
